The COP26 planning cycle is now open in FACTS Info NextGen. All participating agencies should begin entering their planning data for the fiscal year 2026 cycle.

Key Deadlines

• January 15, 2026 — Initial planning submissions due
• February 28, 2026 — Agency review and approval
• March 31, 2026 — Final COP submissions
