FY2026 Mid-Year Data Quality Review Findings

Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator and Health Diplomacy, U.S. Department of State

Findings Snapshot

The mid-year DQR sampled transactions across PEPFAR, economic growth, and humanitarian accounts. Most frequent issues were incomplete implementing mechanism IDs, mismatched fiscal year tags, and missing disaggregates.

Remediation

Country teams have until July 31, 2026 to clear Priority-1 tickets. Priority-2 items roll into Q3 monitoring. Training modules on data standards remain available under Services β†’ Learning Resources.

Who is affected

Implementing partners and agency data stewards responsible for FY2026 mid-year submissions in FACTS Info.

What to do next

  1. Review validation errors listed in your country or mechanism workspace.
  2. Correct incomplete narratives and inconsistent indicator values before the next lock.
  3. Escalate unresolved schema issues to your agency FACTS focal point.
