Maintenance Window
A scheduled maintenance window may briefly limit write access to selected FACTS Info modules. Read access may remain available depending on the component.
Partner Preparation
- Save narrative drafts locally before the window
- Avoid starting large uploads in the final 30 minutes prior to maintenance
- Retry failed submissions after the status banner clears
Communication
The portal banner is the authoritative status signal during the window. Email notices, when issued, will reference the same start/end times.
After Maintenance
Confirm that Final statuses and annex links still appear as expected. Report anomalies through the help channel with the approximate timestamp of the issue.

Completed / historical. This window briefly limited write access to selected FACTS Info modules during July 2026 maintenance.
Current expectation
Unless a newer maintenance notice is posted on Updates, treat the partner portal as operating under normal write access. Contact support only if you still see unexpected read-only behavior.
