Multi-Factor Authentication Now Required

In accordance with federal cybersecurity directives, multi-factor authentication (MFA) is now required for all FACTS Info system access.
What You Need to Do
- Download an authenticator application on your mobile device
- Visit the MFA setup page at afa.dfafacts.gov/mfa-setup
- Follow the on-screen instructions to register your device
Alternative Options
Users with PIV or CAC cards may continue to use certificate-based authentication as their second factor.

Who is affected
All FACTS Info user accounts, including agency staff and implementing partners with interactive login access.
What you need to do
- Enroll an approved authenticator if you have not already.
- Keep recovery codes in a secure location per agency policy.
- Contact support before your next deadline if enrollment is blocked.
